Photoshop Brush.

This project was a really fun experience, using photoshop. I duplicated the layer and put different brushes on top of the photo. Exploring different kinds of brushes were a bit hard trying to put something that would suit the object in the background. I don't think that this project is as successful as it should be because it was late and my other one that someone deleted was way better.

Photoshop Soften.

This image was taken in color and had been softened using photoshop. I made my face and my hair sharpen to make it stand out. Then I used the clone stamp to clear out any marks on my face to make it appear more smoother which makes it give a natural sense of beauty. I believe this image is successful because it gave me a natural look I never knew I had.

Photoshop

I enjoyed doing this project because I was able to learn more about photoshop, and how to use it. I used the magnetic lasso and put the world in the hands.

Self Portrait

This project was really fun to make, having to change my facial expressions and the way i originally look. I like how I actually got to explore new things, and look the same but different at the same time. I tried to dress up differently although it was on the same day. Then after I cropped them all together on photoshop four times. I think it's successful because even though I didnt really have much time to look more different with different kind of styles, it still looks pretty decent.

Sequence

Describe: The guitar standing while the reflection of the bum is on the guitar. He is playing his guitar for money to buy some food for him to eat.

Analyze: The lighting in the background is not that bright and the man is contrasted in a way for him to pop out of the picture.
Interpret: A story about a bum who had nothing left but his shoes and his guitar. He plays his guitar for money and as he plays, more and more people come to see him because he is so good. Then at the end he got 100 dollars from someone who really thought he is really talented.
Judge: Going through this photo was really fun, the lighting was good and i like how the pictures are well contrasted.

Studio Lighting

Describe: Jenny Trang, a portrait of holding flowers with her eyes dreamy and wide. She looks happy but mysterious at the same time.

Analyze: The background is dark and the light is focused on her. The flowers are dark but very detailed and clear.
Interpret: She is a young girl who is mysterious and is accepting what is coming towards her in life. The flowers represents what her lover gave her.
Judge: This photo i think was successful because the light is just right on her face and the flower is clearly detailed with no blurry areas.

Motion

Describe: Christian, a poor little boy who uses plain wood as a skateboard.
Analyze: The background is bright white, with the trees and buildings detailed. The sky is dark and gloomy while the clouds are completely white.
Interpret: He uses the wood as a skateboard and jumps in the air to do his cool tricks.
Judge: This photo i think was successful because he came out how i wanted him to look like and i like how his pose came out to be nice and clear in the sky.
